No complaints. It was quiet and cozy. We stayed the night while passing through the area.
The workers and the hospitality was freaking awesome. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. They even have Continental breakfast in the morning Wow
I accidentally entered the wrong reservation date. She changed the date for me When I arrived in the afternoon, the staff at the front desk was very kind and extremely helpful. I was very grateful. The hotel was well-organized and, most importantly, clean The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was decent The receptionist asked me, "South Korea? North Korea?" Even now, thinking about it makes me laugh
The front desk staff, Ms. Leiyahna is a poised professional. Ms. Leiyahna was informative, patient,and paid attention to details. She took the time to work out an issue for me, and as a result of her meticulous work , I was able to have the peace of mind that I expect from booking an IHG property. The room, towels, and bed were clean, and the hotel was well kept, even the stairwells. This property definitely has Ms. Leiyahna to thank for her exceptional service
Great hotel! Friendly staff. Very accommodating with us. We needed a room on the 1st floor for our second night stay due to some items we purchased that were to long for elevator.....let me tell you that this staff jumped into action to accommodate us during our stay and were absolutely professional and so nice about all of it. Next time we are in merrillville we will be choosing holiday inn again. Special shout out and thank you to Victor for helping secure our items the 1st nights stay!!!
We had a double queen with a sleeper sofa and it was big enough for a family of 5. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was roomy and nice. A nice variety of food for breakfast. We had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel
Nice location, not too close to the highway. They called as beforehand to inform us that the pool was closed (which we didn't mind at all). Clean rooms, nice bathroom with Dove toiletries, comfortable beds. Fridge and coffee maker as well. We didn't have breakfast since that starts at 7:30 on weekends and we needed to depart early. Lots of great restaurants in town.
Staff was polite, room was clean, but the gym does not have dumbbells 5-25, it starts at 30. The rack looks like they used to have all of them. The water machine in the room also doesn't work.
